Therapy after Torn Cruciate Ligament Fully Occupies Me

Hi Folks!
Unfortunately I can give you not much information about my skiing activities, for there are none. Skiing has been cancelled since I tore my cruciate ligament in November. But don´t think I´m bored – far from it! I am fully occupied with my therapy. Three or four times a week I go the Salzburgh to meet my therapists.
Huge Steps Ahead
Since recently I can cycle on a special bicycle ergometer. This was a big progress for me. I even dare knee bends again, and my upper body is like a Porsche, as my trainer Peter would put it. If it all goes well, I hope to be fit for skiing in June.
Painting the Town Red
Besides my therapy units I have now enought time for accepting invitations to events. Sleeping late has become normal, no wonder, as I go out late in the evening and have a lot of fun.
Surprise, Surprise…
Okay, I think that´s all for now. You get more news next week. There will be a big surprise at this place, to which I am looking very forward.
